Include in your ticket:
- Your name
- Company name and location, if more than one
- Who you are putting the ticket in for, if not yourself
- Computer name
- Best phone number to call with questions and whens the best time
- Nature of the problem
PROWATCH COMMUNICATOR
A quick way to report issues is by using the ProWatch Communicator which is located in the bottom right taskbar on your monitor. If you don’t see it in your taskbar, you may need to click the up arrow which is in the far left in this picture.
This will pop up a window similar to an email window. Simply put a valid email address in the ‘From’ field, enter a descriptive subject, and fill out the body with any relevant information. If there is an error on the screen, you can also click the ‘Attach Screenshot’ button to automatically capture a screenshot and send it with the ticket.
